The files below contain a few short demos of audiobooks which I have recorded at my home studio. Different books, different stories, but most important: different interpretations.

I believe that interpretation makes a huge difference to the final product. A purely spoken book can be boring even though the story itself might be interesting.

Have you ever started listening to an audiobook and soon put it to one side? Maybe the lack of interpretation was the problem … The secret is getting the listener to think, and use their imagination – which turns a boring story into a trip to a whole new world.
